  • Yes! Software is nothing without support, and we pride ourselves on the help we provide. Just email or phone our team and we’ll work to help you achieve your goals within the system.

  • For offices in the UK, Caseworker is just £100 a month when paid annually - while we have a one off £500 set up charge to initially get you started. Our pricing is exclusive of VAT.

  • Each office is different, and we don’t think you should be punished for working flexibly, part-time, or just having a few more users than most! As such we charge per elected representative - you can have as many users as you need to deliver for your constituents.

  • No! You can have as many cases as you need to help your constituents. If someone reaches out to your office, you never need to worry about being charged more for that.
